If the light don't work, check whether the connector and the light strip are reversed front and back. Make sure the voltage of the power supply as the light strip are the same 24V. Use the remote control or APP to activate.

If the remote don't work, remove the insulation piece of the remote at the end, align the remote control with the signal receiver (black raised square) on the light strip, and replace the battery of the remote control.
