The 44-key IR Remote Controller features a versatile design with 20 color options and 8 light patterns. If the buttons on the remote do not seem to be controlling the right colors, there is a simple troubleshooting process to follow. First, press the remote control's switch button to turn off the light strip. Then, press the "FADE7" button (the last button on the right-hand side) to make the light strip flash. Finally, press the switch button again to turn the light strip back on, and the buttons should now be able to control the correct colors. If the issue persists, repeat these steps until the buttons work as expected.

In the event that the remote control does not appear to be functioning at all, there are a few additional steps to try. First, ensure that the plastic piece has been removed from the remote before use (as shown in Figure 6). Next, check that the remote is properly aligned with the indicating sensor on the IR controller (as illustrated in Figure 7). If the remote still does not work, try removing and reinstalling the battery, as it may have become dislodged during shipping (see Figure 6).

The remote control is compatible with a variety of LED light strip models, including 5050, 2835, and 3528.
